Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across travel management systems. </span></li><li><span>Support the implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing administration of expense management solutions, such as SAP Concur or equivalent platforms. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve system issues, support enhancements, and ensure smooth integration with travel booking and financial systems. </span></li><li><span>Partner closely with corporate travel business teams to understand operational processes, identify business needs, and translate functional requirements into practical technology solutions. <br><ul><li><span>Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of GDS systems – Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre (scripting/command knowledge not required, but a plus).</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of Air/Non-Air APIs (technical).</span></li><li><span>Hands-on exposure to Online Booking Tools (OBT, B2B).</span></li><li><span>Strong corporate travel business experience – mandatory.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated project management capability.</span></li><li><span>Basic SQL/database querying skills.</span></li><li><span>Programming language such as Python, C# is good to have</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar).</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</span></li><li><span>Good documentation skills (BRD/FRD, SOPs, process notes).</span></li><li><span>Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.</span></li><li><span>Collaborative, team-oriented approach.</span></li></ul><br>Work Experience

<span></span><p><span><span>The purpose of this position is to assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Manager to provide comprehensive technical support to the line maintenance team, and to ensure that the rolling stock operates in a safe and reliable manner for the Dubai Metro.</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></span></span></p><br>
<ul>
<li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Managers in preparing the maintenance budget, in managing and allocating resources to all aspect of technical support activities within the rolling stock section.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Managers in overseeing all aspects of technical support activities pertaining to rolling stock including software configuration management, technical support, preparation of maintenance procedures and instructions, safety and quality plans and procedures.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Managers in coordinating the maintenance planning and scheduling.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Managers to improve the existing system performance including appropriate modifications, new works planning and implementation.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Maintain and keep track of the section maintenance records by using the Maintenance Management System.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the Fleet Manager and Rolling Stock & Depots Manager.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>To exercise personal duty of care for their own health, safety and welfare and for those affected by their acts or omissions; reference SMS GSOP-HSE1-6 Keolis-MHI organisational HSE responsibilities.</span></span></li>

<li><span><span>Ability to prepare engineering data analysis, reporting, cost estimation, maintenance and testing procedures, equipment specifications, method statements, risk assessments and drawings (CAD) is preferable.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Strong organisational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and problem solving.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Possess strong PC skills including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point applications and ability to learn new software-based applications.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Hold a valid UAE driving license with good driving skill and experience.</span></span></li>

<li><span><span>A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the design, testing or commissioning of rolling stock such as car body, bogies and suspension, couplers and draft gears, operators control, propulsion system, friction brakes, batteries, auxiliary power supply and electrical equipment, car doors and doors control, ventilation and air-conditioning components, train control and monitoring system (train management system) is preferable.</span></span></li>
