Job Purpose

<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>This traineeship is a 6-month contract based in our office in D3, Dubai. During the 6-month training period, the candidate will gain work experience while learning on the job and receiving a monthly salary plus benefits. The objective is not only to provide valuable experience, but also to identify and develop long-term talent that could potentially become part of our team after the trainee program.</p>

<li>Work within Salesforce for admin tasks and reporting</li>
<li>Prepare reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Source product images for listings</li>
<li>Support SEO-related activities</li>
<li>Assist with website revamp initiatives</li>
<li>Help maintain product search keywords and filters</li>
<li>Share product images and assets with cross functional teams</li>
<li>Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure catalogue accuracy</li>

<h4>Soft skills</h4>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.</li>
<li>Highly organized, comfortable with admin-heavy workflows</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, especially with reporting accuracy</li>
<li>Proactive and curious, particularly around site improvements (e.g. website revamp)</li>
<li>Looking to build career into the field</li>
<li>Reliable and able to manage multiple brand workstreams (L'Occitane and Elemis) simultaneously</li>
