<p>Represent the company on site and support the delivery of electrical works through engineering coordination, installation inspections, quality verification and testing support. Ensure that works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, authority requirements and agreed schedules.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><p>1. Site Supervision and Inspection</p><ul><li><p>Monitor daily electrical installation activities and verify compliance with approved construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications and method statements.</p></li><li><p>Inspect power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, cabling, containment, lighting, earthing and lightning protection systems, as applicable to the project.</p></li><li><p>Check equipment positioning, access and maintenance clearances, cable routing, supports, terminations, identification and workmanship.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate inspections before concealment, equipment energisation and closure of completed works.</p></li></ul><br><p>2. Quality Control and Documentation</p><ul><li><p>Review Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), recording inspection findings and recommendations within delegated authority.</p></li><li><p>Verify delivered equipment and materials against approved submissions, including ratings, certificates, condition and storage arrangements.</p></li><li><p>Identify defective or non-compliant work, raise observations or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the agreed procedure, and verify corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain inspection records, photographs, test reports, snag lists and daily progress reports.</p></li></ul><br><p>3. Engineering Review and Coordination</p><ul><li><p>Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).</p></li><li><p>Identify discrepancies between drawings, specifications and site conditions; prepare technical queries and follow up on resolution.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate electrical interfaces with civil, architectural, mechanical, fire protection and ELV teams.</p></li><li><p>Communicate approved technical requirements to contractors and verify their implementation.</p></li></ul><br><p>4. Progress and Safety</p><ul><li><p>Monitor installation progress, material availability and site constraints, and promptly report potential delays.</p></li><li><p>Attend coordination meetings and follow up on assigned actions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor compliance with project electrical safety procedures, including isolation, lockout/tagout and permits to work; immediately escalate unsafe conditions.</p></li></ul><br><p>5.
