This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, design-minded architect to work on ambitious, high-profile projects and take a key role in moving schemes forward from Design Development stage through to delivery.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>The successful candidate will be trusted to develop and coordinate projects in detail, ensuring that the integrity of the original concept is retained as designs progress through technical stages, consultant coordination, tender and construction.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>This role would suit an architect who is equally comfortable discussing design intent with senior designers as they are resolving complex technical issues, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and producing high-quality information for delivery.</span></span></p><br><p><b><span><span><span>The role</span></span></span></b></p><br><ul><li><span><span>Take a leading role in the development and delivery of projects from Design Development stage onwards.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Translate strong initial design concepts into well-coordinated, buildable and commercially viable architectural solutions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintain and protect the original design vision throughout technical development, procurement and construction.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead the coordination of architectural packages with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design and specialist consultants.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Review, develop and coordinate drawing packages, specifications, material schedules and technical information.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Resolve detailed architectural, construction and interface issues as projects progress.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage design information, deadlines and deliverables across multiple workstreams.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work closely with project leaders, senior designers and clients to ensure design decisions are clearly communicated and implemented.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Attend consultant coordination meetings, technical workshops, client presentations and site meetings where required.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Review contractor, subcontractor and supplier information, ensuring proposals align with the project’s architectural intent and technical requirements.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on detailing, coordination and project delivery.</span></span><br></li></ul><br><span>Requirements</span><ul><li><span><span>Qualified Architect with a strong academic and professional background.</span></span></li><li><span><span>ARB registered, or eligible to register in the UK.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ideally 7+ years’ post-Part 3 experience, with demonstrable experience taking complex projects through detailed design and delivery.</span></span></li><li><span><span>A strong portfolio showing a high level of design sensitivity alongside technical and delivery capability.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience working from Design Development / RIBA Stage 3 onwards, including technical design, tender and construction stages.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proven ability to preserve a project’s original architectural design and quality while responding pragmatically to programme, budget, regulatory and buildability requirements.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Confident coordinating consultants and managing complex interfaces across multidisciplinary project teams.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing, materials and technical documentation.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience on high-end, complex or large-scale projects would be highly advantageous. <br><p>We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and proactive individual to oversee and manage the company's maintenance activities, ensuring that buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in good working condition.
