Proactively manage the marketing calendar the program and partners and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, from briefing to sign offs, budgeting to media planning and that all activities are traffic managed properly and implemented on time. Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop and deliver marketing campaigns which meet their objectives ensuring seamless execution. Develop and manage the strategic marketing plan and associated marketing calendar for the new business.
