Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.<br>Planning & Coordination Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Procurement, and QS departments. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as scheduled. Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution. Monitor procurement activities to avoid project delays.<br>Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Report project status, risks, and resource requirements to senior management. Maintain complete project documentation.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
