About this role:<br>Technical Coordination & Execution Lead and coordinate technical project activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end perception pipelines, optimizing machine learning models for edge deployment, and ensuring reliable performance under challenging conditions such as occlusion, varying lighting, motion, environmental interference, and complex multi-object scenarios. Key Responsibilities <ul>

Act as a technical authority within the Test & QA team, collaborating with Development, Operations, Quality and Design teams to integrate test processes seamlessly into the product development lifecycle. Report projects test progress & software quality status to senior stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams.<br><br><br>About You<br><br>Minimally 7 years product quality or software test relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering / Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Highly proficient in Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis. You have hands-on experience using libraries such as Pandas and Num Py for data processing, and Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly for creating automated quality visualizations. Skilled in building professional, automated dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. You can translate raw Python-processed data into intuitive visual interfaces for senior leadership tracking. Proficient in SQL for querying complex datasets and experienced in working with modern cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift. Possess a strong understanding of electronics hardware, its interfacing to software systems. Knowledge of software in IOT products, such as embedded, app, cloud and ML. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders. In this role you will provide software security test quality assurance support to software development teams. This role will ensure that SW scrum teams follow the defined software security development Lifecyle process and conformance to related regulations and related industry standards. As a member of the software test & QA department, you will work with the team to implement continuous improvement to the software security process, monitor the health of implemented software systems and provide guidance to scrum teams.
