Performs the cleaning, lubrication and testing of the over speed governor. Checks the static balancing of the units, correcting over balance in the counterweights and adjusting final limits, under the guidance of a Senior Adjustor/Adjustor. Lubricates the Safety Action Mechanism and tests it according to the defined procedures. Performs under guidance the installation of door skates and sets door locks after driving the product through inspection mode and stopping at every landing and checking all bolts and fasteners for correct tightness. Performs unit safety check by travelling the car top through the shaft checking interference between moving parts, cabin, counterweight or any other piece of equipment. Checks all electrical operation of unit including car door, buttons and intercom. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.</p><br><br><b>Department Overview</b>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sale of Barrett Communications solutions in the MENA region.<br>The Regional Sales Manager will be in the frontline, working with customers, Barrett and Motorola Solutions colleagues and will be a focal point in driving new business initiatives across the region and closing profitable customer contracts.<br>Job Description<ul><li><p><span>Manage all sales activities to drive order intake and profitable revenue streams in some of the GCC &amp; ME countries, while also overseeing the Barrett Communications solutions business across the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Develop a Sales Business Plan on a regional account basis to meet sales goals and targets.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and internal relationships across Barrett and Motorola and channel partners.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Proactively support the Motorola account teams in progressing and closing sales opportunities.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Analyze customer needs and team with sales, service, project engineers, program managers to develop technical solutions that meet Motorola’s strategic goals in terms of accounts.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Act as Trusted Advisor partner within the Sales channel and to End Customers.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Learn and understand the technologies and functionality of existing products and configurations.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Analyse competitive products and make recommendations for changes in designs to develop competitive advantage.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Prepare practical demos for specific technologies for customers including the design, implementation, and effective presentation with the assistance of the support team where required.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Assist in the preparation of point-to-point answers to bids, risk assessments and technical descriptions for customers.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Follow company bid and quote process procedures and audit requirements.</span></p><br><br></li><li><p><span>Preparation of proposals and bids within the expected timeframes</span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>Level of Responsibilities:</b><br><b>Autonomy:</b><span> energetic and self-motivated, works under normal supervision with a high level of independence. Follows established direction. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.</span><br><b>Knowledge:</b> <span>solid knowledge about HF products and solutions, knowledge of industry general practices, techniques, and standards. Highly desirable previous knowledge/exposure to telecommunication projects.</span><br><b>Problem solving: </b><span>develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situation or data requires reviewing identifiable factors.
