Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and working with large-scale datasets, customer journeys, transactional data, and behavioral analytics. Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation products in production environments. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation metrics, feature engineering, and AI performance monitoring. Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments, A/B testing frameworks, and statistical significance methodologies. <p>Talent pool – BIM coordinator supporting buildings, villas, mixed-use developments, and theme park projects across the Middle East, ensuring effective implementation of BIM processes in line with project standards and requirements. Coordinates multidisciplinary BIM models, manages model integration, clash detection, and data exchange between design, engineering, and construction teams. Supports project delivery through digital coordination, model quality control, and collaboration to ensure accurate, efficient, and buildable project outcomes.</p>

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager (Light Steel/Aluminium) Fabrication Industry (DIC- Dubai). Applicant must have good organizational skills as well as ideal candidate should have a strong background in the field of Architectural Metal Works, Oil & Gas, Signage Works, CNC Punching, Laser Cutting and Perforation Fabrication, is responsible for leading a dynamic team and overseeing end-to-end activities related to fabrication and manage the overall steel fabrication operations at the factories by offering technical and commercial leadership. This crucial role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience of fabrication with an overall 10-15+ years of proven experience in a similar field.<br>Core Experience: Architectural/ Light Steel & Aluminium Fabrication / Signages / Metal Coating / Oil & Gas / Vessels tanks fabrication / Skids/ Warehouses /Buildings/Malls<br>GM must work well with others like a team attitude. Responsible for the site operations and all aspects, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on project strategy to determine objectives.<br>Preferred Requirements:Bachelor's degree (B. Tech) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. 10+ years of proven experience in a similar field. Proficient in Operation of Steel / Aluminium Fabrication plant. Previous experience in a related manufacturing industry is essential. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication codes and standards. Sound understanding of fabrication techniques and Welding process including SMAW/GMAW/SAW welding, and GAS cutting. Exceptional project management and data analytical skills. Standardize an appropriate organization structure for the factories to enhance efficiency and develop roles and responsibilities for all employees.3. Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.4.
