The role focuses on establishing, implementing, and monitoring the project quality management system to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with local authority regulations, including DMT, ADM, and TAQA WS. Role Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced ELV Business Unit Head to lead and grow our Extra Low Voltage systems business, encompassing CCTV, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and Lighting Control. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management expertise with commercial and business acumen, capable of driving P&L ownership, business development, technical delivery, and team leadership across the ELV portfolio.<br>This is a leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership — from pre-sales and bid strategy through design, execution, and profitable project closure — while building long-term client relationships and expanding the ELV business line.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Business Unit Leadership & P&L Ownership Own the P&L for the ELV business unit, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control. Develop and execute the annual business plan, budgets, and growth strategy for CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Lighting verticals. Identify new market opportunities, service lines, and strategic partnerships to expand the ELV portfolio.
