We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a leading luxury Design & Build firm specialising in high-end residential developments, bespoke villas, luxury renovations, and turnkey projects. <p>KEO is seeking talented UAE National (Emirati) Architects, from fresh graduates to professionals with 1–2 years of experience, to join our one-year Architecture. Becomes familiar with the KEO business, divisions, operations, culture, department relationships and clients by providing support through the different stages of the project. Receives on-the-job and technical training from managers and experienced co-workers.
Completes assignments through different rotations to gain business knowledge and technical skills.
Develops problem solving, project management, relationship management and analytical skills through supporting senior level staff on project.
Communicates task progress to relevant senior staff member or project manager.
Supports senior staff to liaise with government agencies and other authorities as may be required regarding development objectives, policies, and procedures.
Ensures compliance with KEO's Quality Assurance policies and procedures
Attends training programs as required to address identified gaps in or learning or to develop an understanding of KEO's consultancy business. Demonstrates understanding through application to project work on an ongoing basis.
Completes periodic and summary reports of projects and accomplishments in training.

<span>The Rig Liaisonman acts as the primary link between the drilling rig site, the Drilling & Technical Department (DTD), Saudi Aramco representatives, and the contractor.<br> The position is responsible for coordinating rig activities, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with approved drilling programs and Saudi Aramco requirements, and facilitating timely communication and resolution of operational issues.<br> Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between the rig site, DTD, Saudi Aramco representatives, and drilling contractors.<br> Coordinate daily drilling and rig-related activities with relevant departments and stakeholders.<br> Monitor rig operations to ensure compliance with approved drilling programs, procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.<br> Review and communicate daily drilling reports, operational updates, equipment status, and performance information.<br> Follow up on rig activities, operational challenges, equipment issues, and required corrective actions.<br> Coordinate with drilling engineers, rig management, wellsite supervisors, service companies, and other stakeholders.<br> Escalate operational, technical, safety, and schedule-related issues to the appropriate DTD personnel.<br> Assist in ensuring that drilling operations remain aligned with the approved program and project schedule.<br> Track the status of rig moves, rig readiness, equipment availability, maintenance requirements, and operational priorities.<br> Support coordination of logistics, materials, personnel, services, and other resources required for rig operations.<br> Participate in meetings, operational reviews, coordination meetings, and incident investigations when required.<br> Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to DTD management.<br> Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Drilling Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline ; or equivalent relevant experience.<br> Typically 8–15 years of experience in drilling and rig operations , preferably in the oil and gas industry.<br> Previous experience working with Saudi Aramco operations or Saudi Aramco-approved contractors is highly preferred.<br> Strong knowledge of land rig operations, drilling activities, wellsite coordination, and oilfield services.<br> Experience liaising with drilling contractors, service companies, client representatives, and technical departments.<br> Familiarity with Saudi Aramco safety, operational, and reporting requirements.<br></span> </div>
