Coordinate material procurement, inspections, and timely delivery of construction materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management. Review and certify subcontractor work progress and support payment applications. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals, material approvals, and change orders. Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Assist in project cost control, budgeting, and variation management. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Professional engineering registration or certification is an advantage.<br>Experience Minimum 4–6 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects. Proven experience managing reinforced concrete structures, finishing works, and coordination of MEP activities. Experience working with main contractors on multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.????
