<p>Our Multi National Supervision Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Site Architect to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Site Architect on new build projects in the UAE and ideally have worked for a recognised design or engineering consultancy company previously, This role is available for immediate joining and is for an initial 5 month contract as an outsourced employee through J10 Consulting. Key Responsibilities: • The Site Architect will be based on-site and will support the implementation of the architectural design during the construction phase. The role involves monitoring architectural works, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations and project standards, while assisting in coordination with contractors and other disciplines. The Site Architect will work closely with the Senior Architect and the wider project team to maintain design integrity, resolve site issues, and monitor construction quality and progress. • Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved design documents and project specifications.
