<p>We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with hands-on experience in the heavy earthmoving machinery industry to support our engineering, workshop, and fabrication operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks, along with practical knowledge of reverse engineering, CNC machining, laser/plasma/water-jet cutting, and fabrication processes related to heavy machinery and equipment. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare accurate 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD. </p></li><li><p>Develop 3D models and mechanical components using SolidWorks. </p></li><li><p>Prepare drawings for heavy earthmoving machinery components, attachments, and fabricated parts. </p></li><li><p>Perform reverse engineering of mechanical components and machinery parts. </p></li><li><p>Prepare fabrication and manufacturing drawings with accurate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications. </p></li><li><p>Develop drawings suitable for CNC machining, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and water-jet cutting.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with engineers, workshop technicians, fabricators, and machinists to ensure drawings are practical and production-ready. </p></li><li><p>Review and revise drawings based on engineering and workshop requirements. Maintain accurate drawing records and technical documentation. </p></li><li><p>Support the engineering and workshop teams in resolving drawing and fabrication-related issues.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. </p></li><li><p>Mandatory experience in the heavy earthmoving machinery industry. </p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Good working knowledge of SolidWorks. </p></li><li><p>Practical experience in reverse engineering of machinery components and parts. </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CNC machining and fabrication processes. </p></li><li><p>Experience with laser, plasma, and water-jet cutting processes. </p></li><li><p>Good understanding of mechanical components, fabrication drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. </p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. <p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and be capable of coordinating daily operations at our precast concrete manufacturing yard. The role requires excellent planning, communication, inventory management, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of production and project activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities at the precast concrete yard. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of production and deliveries. Read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with the production team accordingly. Prepare daily production reports and update project progress. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Suppliers, Transporters, and Clients. Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials for smooth operations. Maintain proper inventory records for raw materials, finished products, tools, and consumables. Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and maintain stock registers. Coordinate procurement requirements with the Purchase Department. Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, material requests, inspection reports, and production records. Follow up on production targets and ensure quality standards are maintained. Supervise labour teams and ensure work is completed efficiently. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality procedures. Coordinate loading, dispatch, and delivery schedules with transport teams. Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report critical matters to management. Attend site visits whenever required. Maintain proper filing of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project documentation. Assist management with planning, scheduling, and project execution.</p><p>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, precast concrete, infrastructure, or manufacturing. Experience in precast concrete products will be an added advantage. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Good knowledge of inventory management and material control. Strong coordination and communication skills. Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP software (preferred). Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Hindi is an added advantage. We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated individual who can independently coordinate production, inventory, labour, and project activities while ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates with experience in precast concrete manufacturing, infrastructure projects, or construction materials will be highly preferred.</p>
