<p><b>Job Description: </b></p><p> </p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Governance, Compliance (GC) Specialist. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s adherence to regulatory standards, mitigating risks, and maintaining a robust governance framework within the dynamic insurance industry of the UAE. The role also involves engaging effectively with a variety of regulatory bodies, including CBUAE, SCA, DoH, and DHA. <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Required Skills to be successful</b></p><p> </p><ul><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Governance and Compliance, within the UAE insurance industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE insurance and healthcare regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management best practices.</li><li>Bachelor’ s degree in Law, Finance, Risk or a related field.
