This is a full customer lifecycle role, covering everything from identifying and winning new business, through customer onboarding and implementation, to managing and growing long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with hospitality and retail businesses, helping them understand how Kayana's technology can improve their operations and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Prospect and identify hospitality and retail businesses that could benefit from Kayana's solutions. Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements, operational challenges, and business needs. Deliver engaging product demonstrations covering EPOS, Kiosks, Online Ordering, Payments, QR Ordering, and other Kayana solutions. Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline within the CRM. Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate terms with prospective customers. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signature and handover. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Kayana products. Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline information. Customer Onboarding & Implementation Conduct kick-off calls with newly signed customers and establish clear implementation timelines. Understand customer operational requirements and coordinate the onboarding process accordingly. Configure customer accounts within Kayana Web Admin, including menus, items, properties, users, and payment configurations. Coordinate EPOS and kiosk hardware setup, delivery, and relevant third-party integrations. Train customers and venue staff on Kayana's EPOS, Kiosk, Web Admin, and other applicable solutions. Monitor onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to ensure customers are ready for their planned go-live date. Troubleshoot initial configuration and implementation issues, escalating technical matters to Support or Engineering when required. Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers throughout the onboarding process. Identify additional product and revenue opportunities during onboarding. Capture customer feedback and communicate product requirements to the Product team. Account Management & Customer Success Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of live customers. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and understand their business and operational needs. Conduct regular customer check-ins and business reviews to understand usage, satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor account health, engagement, and potential churn risks. Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Kayana's product portfolio. Manage renewal discussions and support customer retention. Coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively. Escalate and follow up on ongoing support or operational issues until appropriate resolution is reached. Maintain accurate customer information, account activity, and health status within the CRM. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the Product team. Support customers through business changes such as additional venues, expansions, new products, and multi-location rollouts. Ensure customers continue to receive value from Kayana's solutions after go-live.<br>What We're Looking For Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking to make another key hire for its Middle East team.<br>Role Requirement We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the fund’s segregated portfolios. This role is responsible for driving investment execution, allocating capital across DeFi ecosystems, centralised exchanges (CEX), and real-world asset opportunities, while overseeing both on-chain and off-chain operational activities. Blending institutional portfolio management with digital asset expertise, the position requires a hands-on approach to blockchain-based fund operations, including trade execution, custodian relationships, smart contract interactions, and the seamless administration of investment processes across traditional and decentralised financial markets.<br>Key Responsibilities Investment Management & Strategy Execution Execute Investment Committee-approved portfolio transactions and strategies, including staking, lending, liquidity provision, leveraged yield strategies, and external manager allocations. Deploy capital to approved DeFi protocols via the institutional custody platform, ensuring whitelisted integrations, appropriate position sizing, and risk controls. Manage capital allocations to quantitative managers through segregated CEX accounts, including setup, funding, rebalancing, and redemptions. The role covers design review, construction supervision, quality, schedule and cost control, and interface management for rolling stock depots, maintenance facilities and all buildings located along the railway alignment, ensuring that works are delivered safely, to specification, and in accordance with applicable international and local rail standards.<br> <br>Depot Buildings<br> Manage and oversee the design development, review and construction of depot civil and structural works, including rolling stock maintenance workshops, stabling sheds, inspection pits, wheel-lathe and wash-plant buildings, and associated foundations and structures. Direct the delivery of depot administration, operations control, warehouse/stores, fuel and lubrication, fire station, security and staff welfare buildings. Oversee depot-wide infrastructure including internal roads, hardstanding, drainage, retaining structures and boundary works, ensuring coordination with track, systems and utility works within the depot footprint. Coordinate civil works interfaces with permanent way, overhead contact system (OCS), signalling, power and building services (MEP) contractors within the depot. <br>Online (Wayside) Buildings<br> Manage civil and structural works for buildings located along the alignment, including signalling equipment rooms, traction power substations and OCS feeder stations, telecommunications huts, ventilation and plant buildings, and emergency access/escape structures. Oversee construction of station-related civil/structural elements, patrol and maintenance buildings, staff welfare cabins and security posts sited along the corridor. Ensure online buildings are correctly sequenced and interfaced with earthworks, structures, track possessions and systems installation activities along the alignment. <br>General Management & Technical Duties<br> Lead a multidisciplinary team of civil/structural engineers and site supervisors, allocating resources across depot and wayside building work-fronts. Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with contract requirements and applicable codes (e.g., Eurocodes, UIC, AREMA, or project-specified equivalents, and local UAE/GCC building and civil defence codes). Supervise contractors and subcontractors on site, monitoring workmanship, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and adherence to approved methods and programme. Develop and maintain the civil works construction programme for depot and online buildings, monitoring progress, identifying delays and implementing recovery measures. Manage cost control, change/variation assessment and reporting for the civil works package(s) under their responsibility. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff. <br>Minimum Qualifications & Experience<br> <br>The following are the mandatory minimum requirements for this position:<br> Not less than fifteen (15) years’ experience in the management of design and/or construction of rail projects, and in their required field of expertise.
