On a temporary basis, assumes duties and responsibilities of Flight Data Specialist as and when required. Assists the line manager in implementing and monitoring adherence to safety and operational risk management procedures and standards to minimize risks and threats. Poor performance of this role might lead to regulatory non-compliance and safety findings, potential delay or cancellation in operations, and to customer dissatisfaction, all resulting in loss and negative corporate image.</span></p><br><br><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b> <br><ul><li><span>Reviews the ABY, FSTD SMS manual yearly, with respect to the changes in regulations or company policies related to SMS. <span><b>Key Responsibilities</b> <br></span><p><strong><span>Strategy</span></strong><br><span>• Manage the daily coordination of client insurance referrals between PvB RMs, WPs, ISs and insurance brokers, ensuring timely follow-up.</span><br><span>• Track and monitor the status of referrals, ensuring accurate documentation of all client-related information.</span><br><span>• Identify bottlenecks in referral workflows and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.</span><br><span>• Collaborate with internal teams across regions to ensure consistency and alignment of referral processes.</span></p><br><br>
<p><strong><span>Business</span></strong><br><span>• Coordinate and schedule PvB RMs and CSMs training sessions to improve frontline knowledge of insurance referral processes and governance.</span><br><span>• Support client seminars by liaising with insurance brokers, IS and internal teams, ensuring seamless event delivery.</span><br><span>• Act as a contact point for PvB RMs & CSMs, responding to queries related to insurance referrals and broker engagements.</span><br><span>• Gather feedback from PvB RMs and insurance brokers to continuously improve referral processes and client engagement strategies.</span></p><br><br> <br><p><strong><span>Processes</span></strong><br><span>• Ensure referrals are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks. </span><br><span>• Maintain and update referral logs, tracking the progress of referrals from initiation to policy inception and prepare operational reports.</span><br><span>• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</span><br><span>• Assist with complaint resolution by tracking issues and collaborating with stakeholders to provide timely solutions.</span><br><span>• Monitor operational risks and escalate issues related to policy processes, referral documentation, or compliance gaps.</span><br><span>• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting insurance and coordinate with internal teams to align processes accordingly. </span><br><span>• Assist in preparing presentations and updates for senior management on insurance referral activities.</span></p><br><br>
