The Watch Manager will be Responsible for the management and performance of his watch (shift) in the provision of 24/7 Rescue & Firefighting Services (RFFS), including but not limited to: the provision of ARFF services to designated airfield to the specified International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Category, including civilian and military aircraft, provide SRFF services in response to incidents, including fire, building and facility emergencies, storms, gas leaks, burst water mains, motor vehicle accidents, hazardous materials and de-contamination tasks. Act as the Fire and Rescue SME to the contract management as required.<br><br>Key Accountabilities Assumes the role of Incident Commander. Leads/Manages the crew of his assigned vehicle(s) or equipment(s) in the performance of all firefighting, rescue or other required duties. Directs the positioning of vehicles, the deployment of crews and equipment and manages tasks in response to emergency incidents. Performs any other role associated duties as required and assigned by their line management.<br><br>Specific Requirements Essential Technical and Professional Skills Five to Ten (5-10) years’ experience in fire/rescue services including five (5) years in a supervisory position at an ICAO Category six (6) airfield or above. At least three (3) of the last five (5) years must have been spent in an equivalent position. Additional fire/rescue work experience may be substituted for up to two (2) years formal education in the ratio of two (2) years’ experience to one (1) years education. Must be from a Five Eyes Alliance nation. Military firefighting experience (Desirable) Other - Valid heavy vehicle operator license in country of origin and ability to obtain equivalent in the United Arab Emirates. Procurement Manager - Interior Fit-Out / MEP / Joinery<br>Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 18,000 - 22,000 per month<br>About the Role<br>We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead and develop our procurement function while supporting the successful delivery of multiple high-profile interior fit-out projects across the UAE.<br>This is a key leadership role within the business and is suited to a commercially astute, technically strong procurement professional with extensive UAE fit-out experience. Assess supplier capability, capacity, financial stability, and performance before award. Maintain and continuously improve approved supplier and subcontractor databases.<br>Commercial & Technical Procurement Personally manage high-value, technically complex, urgent, or program -critical procurement packages. Issue enquiries, evaluate quotations, conduct commercial and technical comparisons, negotiate pricing, and finalize awards. Benchmark supplier and subcontractor pricing against current market rates to protect project margins. Negotiate payment terms, warranties, delivery commitments, after-sales support, and contractual obligations. Identify and implement value engineering opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.<br>Technical Compliance & Coordination Review technical submittals, samples, datasheets, and compliance documentation. Ensure all procurement packages comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and client expectations. Challenge specifications where appropriate and propose alternative materials, suppliers, or solutions. The role will also provide oversight of the site IT function, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, systems availability, and effective management of IT professionals supporting site operations.<br>The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity and service excellence across the project site while maintaining compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, and contractual obligations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Facilities Management & Site Operations<br>Lead the overall facilities management function for the INFRAROSE project site in Kinshasa. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all site facilities, including offices, accommodation facilities, common areas, welfare facilities, and support infrastructure. Develop and implement facility management procedures, standards, and service delivery processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor facility-related contracts, service agreements, and supplier performance. Ensure facilities are maintained in line with company standards, health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.<br>2. Accommodation & Camp Management<br>Oversee employee accommodation services, ensuring adequate living conditions for site personnel and expatriate staff. Coordinate room allocations, occupancy management, maintenance requests, and accommodation improvements. Ensure effective management of housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, and related services. Monitor accommodation standards and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.<br>3. Utilities, Maintenance & Infrastructure Coordination<br>Oversee site utilities management, including electricity, water supply, generators, HVAC systems, and other essential services.
