Work closely with commercial teams to optimize production planning, customer service, pricing, and profitability. Lead capital investment projects, plant upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver strong financial performance with full responsibility for operational KPIs and P&L.<br>Candidate Profile Executive leadership experience within the chemical or continuous-process manufacturing industry. Proven success leading large manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability. Strong commercial and strategic business acumen, with the ability to translate operational excellence into sustainable profitability. Demonstrated leadership in HSE, operational excellence, change management, and organizational development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
