Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
* Prepare detailed baseline programs using Primavera P6/MS Project for high-rise residential, hotel, and commercial projects.

* Prepare construction sequencing considering structural, architectural, MEP, façade, and finishing activities.
* Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedule and identify critical delays.
* Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and recommend mitigation/recovery actions.
Project Controls & Monitoring
* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with KPI tracking.
* Monitor productivity, manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
* Coordinate with site execution teams for progress verification and target achievement.
* Maintain dashboards, S-curves, histograms, and earned value analysis reports.
* Evaluate subcontractor progress and performance against approved schedules.
Technical Coordination
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, MEP, and construction teams to ensure proper planning integration.
* Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, procurement schedules, and material lead times.
* Identify interface issues and construction constraints affecting project timelines.
* Support project management in strategic planning and execution methodology.
Delay & Claims Management
* Perform delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and claims support documentation.
* Maintain records of delays, variations, and project impacts.
* Prepare revised schedules based on approved changes and variations.
Client & Consultant Coordination
* Attend progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
* Present planning reports, recovery plans, and project status updates professionally.
* Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and project deliverables.
