Role Description The Trademark Registration Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of trademark registration and protection for AAA and its clients. The role involves advising clients on intellectual property rights, conducting trademark searches, handling filings and oppositions, whilst ensuring compliance with local and international trademark laws and regulations. We have Arab IP lawyers in UAE, KSA and Egypt. However, this TM registration position and TM registration service will be a first time launch for our company. As such the ideal fit provides the most comprehensive business proposal reflecting the launch and management of TM registration services across eight countries (initial immediate priority in UAE, KSA and Egypt).<br>The manager will liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to prepare documentation, track application statuses, and resolve issues.
