We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow multiple social media accounts across all relevant platforms. This is a hands-on role covering the full content process — from strategy and ideation to filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working directly with a content creator, influencer, founder, or personality-led brand and understand the fast-paced and flexible nature of creator-led content. Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or personal branding is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Strategy Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, and other relevant platforms. Manage weekly and monthly content calendars and publishing schedules. Develop platform-specific content ideas, formats, and content pillars. Repurpose content strategically across platforms while adapting it to suit each audience. Stay up to date with trends, platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices. Continuously test new formats, hooks, concepts, and creative approaches to improve performance.
Content Creation Proactively brainstorm fresh and relevant content ideas. Identify content opportunities from everyday moments, events, launches, travel, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, products, and behind-the-scenes activities. Prepare concepts, references, scripts, talking points, shot lists, and mood boards when needed. Film both planned and spontaneous content using a phone or camera. Direct the creator during filming when necessary. Capture high-quality video, photography, and B-roll for social media. Plan and organize filming days, locations, products, props, and other content requirements.
Video & Photo Editing Edit Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts, Stories, and other social-first video formats. Add subtitles, text, music, sound effects, transitions, and graphics where appropriate. Understand strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, watch time, and audience retention. Edit and retouch social media photography. Create multiple pieces of content from each filming session wherever possible. Maintain a consistent visual style across all accounts.
Organic & Sponsored Content Sponsored and brand-deal content will be treated as part of the overall content strategy and production process. The candidate will be responsible for:Turning provided campaign briefs into creative, natural content concepts. Planning, filming, and editing sponsored content to the same standard as organic content. Ensuring required messaging and deliverables are included. Completing revisions when required. Making sponsored content feel authentic and consistent with the creator’s normal content style.
The role does not include communicating or negotiating directly with brands, managing commercial partnerships, contracts, rates, or invoices.
Trend & Content Research Regularly research relevant creators, competitors, trends, formats, and content styles. Identify trends early and adapt them creatively to suit the creator. Bring proactive content recommendations rather than waiting to be briefed. Monitor beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and creator trends locally and internationally.
Analytics & Performance Track key performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, saves, shares, watch time, retention, and follower growth. Identify top-performing and underperforming content. Use analytics to recommend improvements to future content. Provide regular reporting with clear, actionable insights.
Requirements Proven experience in social media management and hands-on content creation. Previous experience working directly with a content creator, influencer, founder, or personal brand is strongly preferred. Strong portfolio of content personally filmed and edited. Strong understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok. Excellent short-form video editing skills. Strong photography and visual storytelling skills. Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention. Ability to work quickly and adapt to spontaneous content opportunities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal English. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the content process. Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce is a strong advantage. Arabic is a plus but not essential. Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, Canva, InShot, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar is preferred.
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:Naturally thinks in content and constantly brings new ideas. Is proactive and does not wait to be told what to create every day. Understands creator culture and how personal-brand content differs from traditional corporate social media. Can confidently direct filming and recommend stronger creative approaches. Is fast, adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Understands when content should feel polished and premium versus natural and spontaneous. Can learn the creator’s tone, personality, visual style, and audience. Takes genuine ownership of social media performance and content quality.
Please note: Community management, customer service, responding to general DMs/comments, and direct brand relationship management are not part of this role.
