This role bridges strategy and execution—working closely with sales leadership to identify gaps, deliver targeted enablement programmes, and improve performance outcomes.</p><br><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul><li>Support and execute the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with business and revenue priorities</li><li>Design and deliver practical sales training programmes that improve capability and drive measurable results</li><li>Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps, prioritise focus areas, and implement solutions</li><li>Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Improve sales processes, content, and approaches to increase productivity and win rates</li><li>Support (and where required, manage) sales enablement team members, providing direction and coaching</li><li>Contribute to the selection, rollout, and adoption of sales enablement tools and platforms</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistency and adoption of programmes</li><li>Track and report on the impact of enablement initiatives, with a clear focus on outcomes and ROI</li></ul><p><b>Experience and Skills</b></p><br><ul><li>7+ years’ experience, including at least 3 years in sales enablement or a related role</li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement</li><li>Experience designing and delivering training in a sales environment</li><li>Ability to turn data into clear, practical actions</li><li>Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making</li><li>Practical knowledge of sales enablement tools and CRM platforms</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g. CSP, CSEP) are an advantage</li><li>Advanced degree is beneficial but not essential</li></ul><p><b>What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)</b></p><br><ul><li>Clear alignment between sales priorities and enablement programmes</li><li>Improved sales capability in targeted areas (measured through performance data)</li><li>Adoption of consistent sales processes and tools</li><li>Tangible improvement in productivity, pipeline quality, or win rates</li></ul><p><span>At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
