Run real budgets. See real revenue. Get paid like the results you create.
If you're a performance marketer who loves the craft — the testing, the scaling, the moment a campaign clicks and the numbers move — read these three lines first:
Your work drives millions. You'll run meaningful ad budgets where every dirham is tracked to revenue and your campaigns directly build seven-figure outcomes for world-class clients.
You'll be seen and rewarded. Top performers here are recognised and paid like top performers — base plus a performance bonus tied to the results you actually produce.
You'll grow, fast, with people you enjoy. A high-energy, supportive Dubai Marina team that takes the work seriously, wins together, and gives you the trust and runway to step into a senior/lead role.
If that's the kind of seat you've been looking for, keep reading.
Company: Patient Uplift Location: Dubai Marina, UAE (on-site, full-time) Type: Full-time, in-office Salary: AED [10,000–30,000]/month + performance bonus Reports to: CEO / Head of Growth
About Patient Uplift
Patient Uplift is a leading growth agency trusted by 150+ elite surgeons and medical specialists across 4 continents, generating $350M+ in high-value cases. We build done-for-you patient acquisition systems that turn ad spend into booked, high-ticket surgical and dental cases — combining paid media, conversion systems, and our proprietary Patient Uplift AI platform.
We don't run vanity campaigns. Every dirham of spend is tracked back to revenue. If you want to run real budgets, see your work convert into seven-figure client outcomes, and be held to results, this is your seat.
The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across our client practices. You'll plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with one job: deliver pre-screened, high-intent patients at a profitable cost per acquisition — consistently, month after month.
This is a hands-on, KPI-owning role for someone who lives in Ads Manager, reads data fast, and knows how to scale a winning campaign without breaking the funnel.
What You'll Do
• Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for multiple client accounts
• Own the full funnel: targeting, creative testing, landing/consult pages, lead quality, and cost per booked consult
• Optimise daily against ROAS, CPL, and consult-to-case conversion — not just clicks
• Develop and test ad creative and messaging angles in partnership with our creative team
• Manage budgets responsibly across accounts and report performance clearly
• Work inside our Patient Uplift AI system (lead capture, follow-up automation, attribution) to tighten the path from ad to booked case
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting: statistics plus the actions taken (new creatives, campaigns tested, account changes)
Why Patient Uplift
• Work with a recognised, results-driven agency serving top specialists worldwide
• Real budgets and real outcomes — your campaigns directly drive client revenue
• A fun, high-performing, supportive culture that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
• A safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where your contribution is seen and appreciated
• Performance-based bonus tied to the results you create — top performers are paid like top performers
• Dubai Marina base in a fast-scaling agency with a clear path into a senior/lead role
• Applications without specific performance results will not be prioritised.

This Role Is For You If
• You're a genuine high performer who feels stalled or bored where you are — the ceiling is too low and you've outgrown the work
• You're not being recognised or paid for the results you actually create
• You want a fast-moving, high-energy team that rewards ownership and wins together
• You want to be measured on outcomes and given the budgets and trust to deliver them
What You Bring
• 3+ years running paid acquisition (Meta + Google) with direct-response / lead-gen results you can prove
• Deep command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — bidding, audiences, pixels/conversions, testing frameworks
• Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with attribution, CPL/ROAS math, and funnel diagnostics
• Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and multiple accounts at once
• Bias toward ownership and accountability — you chase the outcome, not just the task
• Bonus: agency background, experience in medical/aesthetic/high-ticket lead gen, or familiarity with GoHighLevel-type CRM/automation systems

About the Firm
Our client is a well-established, independently owned External Asset Manager headquartered in the DIFC, with a long-standing track record of serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families across the GCC, wider MENA region, and international markets. The firm operates on an open-architecture, multi-custodian model, giving clients access to a broad universe of investment products and banking partners while preserving true independence of advice. Backed by a stable ownership structure, a strong regulatory standing, and a senior team drawn from leading global private banks, the firm has built a reputation for discretion, continuity, and long-term client relationships spanning generations.
The Opportunity The firm is looking to hire a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager who can bring and transition a portable book of business of at least USD 100 million in client assets. This is a rare opportunity for an established banker to move into an independent, entrepreneurial platform that offers greater economics, product flexibility, and client-first positioning than a traditional bank, while retaining the infrastructure, compliance support, and multi-custodian access needed to service a sophisticated HNW/UHNW client base.
Key Responsibilities Transition and onboard an existing portable book of USD 100 million or more in client assets under management, ensuring a smooth and compliant transfer of relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals and families, delivering holistic wealth management advice across investments, credit, structuring, and estate planning needs. Grow assets under management through deepening existing client relationships and generating new business via referrals and personal network. Work with the firm's investment advisory, product, and structuring specialists to build tailored, multi-custodian portfolio solutions aligned to each client's risk profile and objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of global markets, asset classes, and alternative investments to provide clients with informed, independent advice. Ensure full adherence to DFSA regulatory requirements, KYC/AML standards, and the firm's internal risk and compliance policies at all times. Represent the firm professionally in the market, contributing to its reputation for discretion, integrity, and long-term client stewardship.
Candidate Profile A portable book of business of USD 100 million or more in client AUM, with demonstrable client loyalty and a track record of retention. A minimum of 8–12 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management, ideally gained at a leading international private bank, EAM, or family office. Existing, well-established relationships with HNW/UHNW clients across the GCC and/or broader MENA region. Strong technical knowledge across investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring, with the ability to advise across a full balance sheet. A track record of achieving or exceeding AUM growth and revenue targets.
What's on Offer A competitive fixed base salary complemented by a highly attractive, transparent payout structure on managed assets and revenue — materially more favourable than typical bank economics. The role offers genuine autonomy, an open-architecture product shelf, full operational and compliance support, and a clear path to equity or partnership for bankers who demonstrate sustained performance. Exact terms are structured individually and are negotiable based on the size and quality of the book being transitioned.
This mandate is being handled on a confidential and retained basis. All enquiries and applications will be treated with strict discretion.
