<li>Attend ASTAR Review meetings as appropriate and anticipate in relevant business meetings, forums or committees as required</li>
<li>Lead / provide support on key projects aimed at improving processes, tools and the client experience.</li>

Job Description:
? Supporting operations by maintaining office procedures including handling tenancy contracts and administrative tasks.
? Producing Ejari certificates or any other related letters for all properties owned and/or managed by the company and handle all documents as per SOP, keeping informed the Group Legal & Compliance Manager.
? Preparing reports by reviewing and analyzing tenancy reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends based on data collected from tenancy contracts and any other custom reports as assigned by Management.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket, particularly Asian vehicle applications, together with a structured and commercially focused approach to product and supplier management.</p><br><br> Key Responsibilities: <br>
