You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high-value clients, strategic partners, and introducing brokers (IBs) across the MENA region. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Technical Skills<br>Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Good understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and online trading products. Ability to interpret market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Soft Skills<br>Must be fluent in Arabic. Professional fluency in English Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a multicultural work setting. Other Requirements Willingness to travel for client meetings, expos, and business development purposes. Knowledge of SCA or MENA regional regulatory frameworks is a plus.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Lead business development initiatives to grow VT Markets’ presence across countries in the MENA region. Identify and onboard high-potential clients, IBs, affiliates, and partners. Maintain and grow relationships with key partners through ongoing support, product education, and tailored business solutions. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance to localize offerings and ensure regulatory alignment. Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide feedback on regional trends and competitor activity. Attend industry expos, networking events, and roadshows to represent VT Markets and expand brand visibility. Coordinate closely with retention, sales support, and CRM teams to optimize client experience and lifetime value. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
