In addition; handing over the working paper to Team Leader on timely manner without delays. <p>My client a leading Real Estate Developer is looking for a Senior Development Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Senior Development Manager your role is pivotal in leading development projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and project delivery under guidance of the Development Director.
Additionally, you will be responsible with identifying new development opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring all development projects are accomplished on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring alignment with industry standards, market trends, and overarching vision.
