This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for aftermarket parts, service contracts, maintenance solutions, and technical support services while identifying new revenue streams and enhancing customer retention.<br><br>The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial leadership to drive sales growth, develop new products and services, expand market share, and build long-term relationships with customers operating within Oil & Gas Equipment, Marine Equipment, Air Compressors, and Industrial Applications.<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br>Sales Management and New Business Development<br><br>Lead the growth of aftermarket sales for parts, maintenance contracts, technical services, and customer support solutions. Drive new business development initiatives across the Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment, and Energy sectors. Identify and develop opportunities for new product development and service offerings that support business growth. Create and execute sales strategies that achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Develop annual maintenance and service contract programs for customers across the United Arab Emirates.<br><br>Customer and Market Development<br><br>Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineering companies, and operators within the Oil & Gas and Marine industries. Manage key customer accounts while identifying opportunities to increase wallet share and customer retention. Prospect and convert customers currently utilizing competitor products and aftermarket services. Support customers through technical consultation, service planning, and lifecycle management solutions.<br><br>Product and Market Intelligence<br><br>Gather market intelligence related to Oil & Gas Equipment, Marine Equipment, Air Compressors, and Industrial Products. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and emerging market opportunities. Work closely with inventory, product management, and operations teams to improve product availability and service performance. Contribute to the development of new products, customer support programs, and aftermarket growth initiatives.<br><br>Commercial and Operational Excellence<br><br>Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business plans for parts and labor revenue. Monitor performance against sales targets and profitability objectives. Support credit management and receivables collection activities. Maintain a strong customer relationship management database and customer mapping strategy.<br><br>Required Skills To Be Successful<br><br>Strong experience in Oil & Gas Sales and Industrial Equipment Sales. Proven success in New Business Development and New Product Development. Experience managing aftermarket sales, service contracts, and customer support programs. Strong technical understanding of air compressors, rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or related products. Excellent customer relationship management and account development skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial management capabilities. Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into profitable business. Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, Oil & Gas Sales, Industrial Equipment Sales, or Marine Sales. Proven experience in New Business Development and customer acquisition. Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts, service operations, maintenance contracts, and technical support. Experience working with Air Compressors, Industrial Equipment, Oil & Gas Equipment, Marine Equipment, or related products. Knowledge of electrical systems, control and instrumentation systems, diesel engines, and electrical motors.
