</ul>   </div> <div> <p><strong>What we’re Looking For:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Industry Expertise</strong>: 10–12 years of experience in the logistics industry, service industry, Energy sector, or working directly with strategic customers, including extensive knowledge of logistics requirements within the Renewable Energy industry.</li> <li><strong>Commercial Leadership Experience:</strong> 7–10 years of commercial management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage strategic accounts, and deliver commercially successful customer outcomes.</li> <li><strong>DHL & Global Business Experience</strong>: Minimum 5 years of experience working with one or more DHL divisions within a regional or global environment.</li> <li><strong>Consultative Selling at Executive Level:</strong> At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling and influencing board-level stakeholders within international organizations.</li> <li><strong>Solution Design & Operational Excellence:</strong> Experience in solution design, operations, performance management, and project management, with the ability to translate customer requirements into value-adding solutions.</li> <li><strong>Analytical & Strategic Thinking:</strong> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured work approach and strong commercial judgment.</li> <li><strong>Communication & Executive Presence:</strong> Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and lead discussions at board and senior management level.</li> <li><strong>Leadership & Collaboration:</strong> Ability to lead and influence without formal authority, work independently and collaboratively, and manage virtual teams across
