Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of cost management initiatives across diverse construction projects, ensuring exceptional client service and financial precision from project inception through completion. As a key member of our consultancy, you will combine analytical expertise with collaborative leadership to optimize project costs and deliver outstanding results.</p><br><ul><li>Lead and support the delivery of comprehensive Cost Management commissions, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project requirements</li><li>Analyze and manage project costs throughout all phases, providing transparent financial reporting and strategic cost control recommendations</li><li>Collaborate effectively with Senior Surveyors, project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and seamless communication</li><li>Prepare, review, and finalize valuations, variations, and final accounts with meticulous attention to detail and contractual obligations</li><li>Support clients and design teams in cost planning, value management, and project risk assessment to drive informed decision-making</li><li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of construction costs, procurement processes, and contract administration best practices</li><li>Utilize advanced digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document software to enhance efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Contribute to business development activities, including bid preparation and client engagement opportunities</li><li>Ensure all Cost Management deliverables align with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations while demonstrating resilience in managing complex projects</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><p>**Required Qualifications:**</p><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field</li><li>Professional qualification or active progress toward Chartered Status with RICS or equivalent professional body</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a consultancy environment delivering comprehensive Cost Management services</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Pre-Contract Estimating, Procurement, Cost Reporting, and Final Account preparation</li><li>Strong understanding of construction costs, procurement processes, and contract administration</li><li>Proficiency with digital measurement tools, cost planning software, and tender document preparation platforms</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within diverse project teams</li><li>Knowledge of standard forms of contract and construction industry regulations</li></ul><p>**Preferred Qualifications:**</p><br><ul><li>Experience with construction projects in the Middle East or UAE market</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and local procurement practices</li><li>Knowledge of UAE-specific contract forms and regulatory requirements</li><li>Experience in value management and project risk analysis</li><li>Advanced proficiency in specialized cost management software and BIM-related tools</li><li>Track record of supporting business development and client relationship management</li><li>Certification in project management or advanced cost planning methodologies</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p><em>At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. <strong>To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.</strong></em></p><br><p><strong>About AECOM</strong> </p><br><p>AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Role Description We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and optimization of marketing activities for COÉGA Sunwear’s products in the UAE and wider GCC region. This is an on-site and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow in their career. <br>Why Join UsYou'll work directly under the CEO across the full funnel, acquisition, retention, PDP strategy, photoshoots, events, so you're learning the whole business instead of one narrow lane. In interviews, expect to walk us through your own creative judgment and past decisions in detail; we're far more interested in how you think than a polished answer generated using AI. <br>Responsibilties<br>Campaigns & Retention Create and manage marketing calendars outlining scheduled activities. Execute digital campaigns: landing pages, banners, promo graphics, aligned to the seasonal calendar. Create monthly B2C/B2B newsletters, from segmentation to send and manage Whats App retention messaging. Support in-store promotions and point-of-sale materials with retail partners.<br>Sales Enablement Build and update sales collateral (one-sheets, testimonials, competitive comparisons). Maintain B2B lead lists segmented by vertical (retailers, waterparks, schools, e-commerce). Track KPI reporting and flag gaps ahead of new season launches.<br>Creative & Product Handle Photoshop production: image editing, resizing, file organisation. Update and maintain product description pages (PDPs) with SEO keywords provided by the Performance Marketing Specialist. Plan and manage photoshoots, catalogue production and video content. Support social PR, influencer outreach, packaging projects and partner training.<br>Brand marketing, social, and partner relations Help coordinate trade shows and brand activations, including logistics and post-event reporting. Manage social-led PR, brand collaborations, CSR activities, and influencer partnerships; identify and engage relevant talent to drive brand awareness. <br>Note: The responsibilities and requirements outlined above are intended to be representative, but not all-inclusive, of the responsibilities and qualifications necessary for this position. Expert knowledge of sales funnels, content strategy and email marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Planoly, Meta for Business Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to contribute to campaign development and brand growth. Experience in Market Research, including gathering and analyzing customer and competitor insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
