Produce regular portfolio, management, Board, and investor reporting, providing insights into portfolio performance and market developments. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued development of a collaborative, high-performing investment team.<br>Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, structured finance, investment banking, private credit, or a related investment environment. Strong understanding of aircraft leasing economics, aviation financing structures, and investment analysis. Experience leading financial evaluations, transaction pricing, and underwriting activities. Advanced financial modelling capabilities with exceptional Excel skills. Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.<br>Preferred Background Aircraft leasing or aviation finance experience.
