We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist in Critical Care Medicine to join a leading hospital/healthcare facility in Dubai.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex and life-threatening medical conditions. Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced critical care support. Perform and assist with critical care procedures as per clinical privileges and competency. Monitor patients' clinical progress and develop appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Respond effectively to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes. Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, patient-safety protocols, and evidence-based clinical guidelines. Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.<br>Requirements:<br>Medical degree from a recognized medical institution.
