<p>Our Multi National Design & Supervision Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Senior Planning Engineer on new build commercial, hospitality and residential projects in the UAE and ideally have worked for a recognised design or engineering consultancy company previously,
This role is available for immediate joining and is for an initial 6 month fixed term contract as an outsourced employee through J10 Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
• The Senior Planner is responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring baseline project schedules, analyzing critical paths, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish, update, and manage the integrated baseline Master Project Schedule (using Primavera P6) in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against the approved baseline, identifying variances and generating Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Continuously analyze the critical path and near-critical paths to forecast potential delays and recommend mitigation or catch-up plans to project management.

In this role, you will own the architecture, requirements gathering, and system-level design of integrated hardware-software solutions, driving projects from concept through deployment and support. You will report into the Engineering Leadership Team and work closely with hardware, software, operations, product, customer engineering, and field deployment teams. We’re looking for someone with a deep background in systems engineering, proven project leadership experience, and a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset. This position is based in our SF Office and follows a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in-office per week.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Below are your primary responsibilities.
