<ol><li><p>Deliver classroom, practical, simulator and on-the-job training sessions to airport personnel in accordance with approved curricula and lesson plans</p></li><li><p>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify competency gaps and develop the annual training plan and training matrix</p></li><li><p>Ensure training programmes comply with GCAA CAR AGA requirements (including CAR Part TRG) and support the maintenance of the approved Aerodrome Training Programme</p></li><li><p>Assess trainee performance through tests, observations and practical evaluations, and provide constructive feedback</p></li><li><p>Prepare and update training materials, ensuring alignment with regulatory and airport requirements</p></li><li><p>Maintain audit-ready training records and evidence (attendance, assessments, certificates) and support regulatory audits and inspections</p></li><li><p>Report trainee progress, deficiencies and training issues to the Head of HR and Training. </p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement through feedback on training programmes, materials and methodologies</p></li><li><p>Participate in instructor standardization sessions, refresher training and quality assurance reviews</p></li><li><p>Stay current with ICAO/GCAA regulatory changes, airport procedures and industry best practices</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><ol><li><p>Minimum 5–8 years of experience in airport operations or aviation training</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of ICAO and GCAA regulations, including CAR AGA and aerodrome training requirements (CAR Part TRG)</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and building annual training plans/training matrices</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing training records and evidence for regulatory audits (GCAA or equivalent CAA) an advantage</p></li><li><p>Certified instructor (Train the Trainer / Classroom Instructor Techniques or equivalent) preferred</p></li></ol>

<ul><li><p>Microbiology technicians record detailed observations and test results accurately. They maintain meticulous records of experiments and contribute to data analysis under the guidance of senior microbiologists.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Provide support to microbiologists and researchers by assisting in experimental procedures, literature reviews, and data interpretation. They may also contribute to ongoing research projects by conducting experiments and analysing results.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. This involves following standardized protocols, calibrating equipment, and maintaining laboratory hygiene and safety standards.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of division goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by laboratory manager.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>All work to be carried out in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques such as aseptic technique, pipetting, sample preparation, microscopy, and sterile technique is essential. Technicians should be adept at handling laboratory equipment and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Must understand good aseptic techniques, workplace health, safety and environmental responsibilities.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Carrying out standard microbiological analysis by culture methods such as most probable number (MPN)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Experience in use of molecular microbiology methods (MM) such as DNA extraction / purification, PCR and qPCR and other techniques is an advantage.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Preparing microbiological cultures and growth media, and also chemical samples and test solutions using general chemical laboratory techniques such as; use of micropipettes, 4 figure balances, dilution methods and calculation of solution concentrations&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Preparation, maintenance, and operation of a variety of laboratory equipment including wet chemistry meters, autoclaves, incubators, centrifuges and others.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Preparation of samples for examination including microscopy and photography of samples and some chemical analysis techniques&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Safe handling and use of hazardous and non-hazardous bottled gases including hydrogen sulfide.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Maintaining accurate records of analysis, observations, and calculations. Compile and complete laboratory test sheets and analysis reports.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Perform duties in compliance at all times with corporate and local systems, rules and procedures, including any Quality Assurance, Risk Assessments, Health Safety and Environmental Standards (for example, UKAS ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) set by the Company and/or external certification authorities.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Actively participate and follow company’s HSE, Compliance, Quality Assurance and other business control requirements (Compliance & Code of Ethics) which are mandatory or voluntary.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Apply discretionary effort in support of the smooth running of projects and the laboratories.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>On the job training will be provided but some experience with microbiology and general laboratory practices would be an advantage&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or Degree program in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Similar Biomedical Science as a minimum.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in oilfield microbiology and/or molecular microbiology will be an advantage.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Should have completed their studies (i.e. currently not enrolled in fulltime studies)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Experience: min 1 year experience in laboratory environment.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner and ensure full compliance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><br><br><br><p><br></p>
