Engagée en faveur de la diversité et de l’inclusion ainsi que du développement durable, et présente dans 34 pays, nos 15 000 collaborateurs se consacrent pleinement à donner vie aux projets innovants de nos clients, en repoussant les limites du possible pour accélérer la transition énergétique vers un avenir meilleur.<br> </p><br><p><strong>Pour rappel, le VIE est strictement réservé aux candidats âgés de 18 à 28 ans, de nationalité française ou européenne, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.</strong><br> Date de début : 1er octobre 2026 <br> Durée : 12 mois - 2 ans <br><strong>Nous recherchons un(e) VIE motivé(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe du méga-projet Ruwais LNG, basée sur site à Ruwais Industrial City, aux Émirats arabes unis.</strong><br> Rattaché(e) au Subcontracting Manager, le/la VIE évoluera dans un environnement international composé de plusieurs nationalités, avec des interactions régulières avec les subcontractors, clients et stakeholders du groupe.</p><br><p><strong>Liste des Tâches confiées au/à la V.I.E.</strong></p><br><p>En tant qu’assistant.e de l’Ingénieur Marchés de Travaux vous serez détaché.e sur le chantier du projet Ruwais LNG Projet, à Ruwais aux Emirats Arabe Unis (UAE), intégré.e à l’équipe de Technip Energies qui réalise le projet avec ses partenaires JGC et NMDC au sein de la joint-venture TJN JV.</p><br><p>Pour toute la durée de votre VIE, vous serez responsable des activités suivantes :</p><br><ul> <li>Comprendre le fonctionnement contractuel et commercial des Marchés de Travaux de Technip Energies et plus particulièrement des contrats du projet Ruwais LNG</li></ul><ul> <li>Assister le responsable local dans les tâches suivantes : <ul> <li>Suivi et réponses aux demandes de travaux additionnels</li> <li>Gestion des réclamations Cost et/ou Extension of Time depuis/vers les sous-traitants</li> <li>Suivi mensuel de la facturation et des paiements aux sous‐traitants</li> <li>Réunions hebdomadaires avec les sous‐traitants</li> <li>Préparation du rapport mensuel d’activité des Marchés de Travaux</li> <li>Préparation des avenants contractuels</li> <li>Suivi de la correspondance liée aux Marchés de Travaux</li> <li>Coordination avec les autres disciplines du Projet (Ingénierie, Achats, Construction, Planning, …) afin de s’assurer / anticiper que le sous-traitant est en mesure d’exécuter ses prestations sans disruption et ainsi protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise face à de potentielles réclamations du sous-traitant</li> </ul></li></ul><ul> <li>Implication dans la vie du chantier : Visites de site régulières ; participation aux visites HSE</li></ul><p><strong>Votre profil:</strong></p><br><p>De formation Ecole d’ingénieur généraliste, vous êtes désireux.se de découvrir la réalisation sur site d’un projet onshore, dans le scope d’activités lié au LNG.</p><br><p>Rigoureux.se et doté d’un bon esprit d’équipe, vous êtes apte à prendre des initiatives et à réagir avec sérieux et dynamisme aux sollicitations du métier. Vous aimez les aspects contractuels et financiers ainsi que les négociations commerciales. </p><br><p>Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle et êtes capable de gérer les problèmes de manière réfléchie et efficace.</p><br><p> Vous évoluez avec aisance au contact de cultures et d’environnements différents. Vous êtes motivé.e, endurant.e et prêt.e à vous impliquer pour une mission sur un chantier stimulant. </p><br><p>Très bon anglais parlé et écrit demandé.</p><br><br> </div>
