We are Reckitt
Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose.
Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.
Marketing

Reckitt Middle East is building an in-house content engine for some of the world's leading consumer brands, Dettol and Finish among them. Not a studio that makes videos one at a time, but an operating model that takes a brief to tested, platform-native content in days, and then multiplies one proven asset into the hundreds of variants a portfolio across KSA, UAE and the wider GCC actually needs.
We have already run this on our own brands. The machinery exists: an insight-to-asset engine, a staged media gate where money only follows proof, and a growing library of what has worked. The next job is making it repeatable and taking it to other markets. That is the job you are being hired to own.

About the role

Bring the discipline of a production line to generative AI content. You design, build and run the workflows that connect insight, concept, prompt, image, video and edit into one system, so the studio and the brand teams can move from brief to finished, on-brand content faster, at volume, without losing quality.
You will make content too. But the workflow is king, not the tools and not any single piece of output. Tools are nodes inside it, and those nodes change every few months. Your job is to keep the system sharp as they do. Think of this as a systems builder first, a creator second.

You will not just be prompting; you will be engineering how content gets made. Your work falls into two pillars.

Core workflow: designing, documenting and maintaining the studio's end-to-end AI content pipeline, and building the playbooks that let another market run it without you in the room.

Content through it: producing short-form social, digital and brand content for Reckitt brands using the pipeline you own, so you feel first-hand where it is slow, weak or expensive, and fix it.

Your responsibilities

Workflow and system design

Design, build and maintain the end-to-end AI content pipeline: brief and insight, image and video generation, editing, versioning and hand-off to media. Every step written down, with inputs, outputs and pass marks.

Turn what works into replicable playbooks: prompt libraries, brand rule sets, character, pack and product references, model routing rules, quality checklists. If it lives only in someone's head, it does not count.

Own workflow governance, quality control and reliability. Brand rules, product accuracy and legal constraints are built into the system, not checked at the end.

Scale and multiplication

Set up batch generation, variant multiplication and versioning so one winning asset becomes the platform edits, language and dialect versions, seasonal reskins and retail-media cuts the business needs.

Build frameworks that hold across multiple brands, markets and channels rather than one-off pipelines per campaign.

Content production

Translate briefs and storyboards into AI-generated images, video sequences and visual concepts that hold brand rules, product accuracy and cultural fit for KSA, UAE and the wider GCC.

Write and refine prompts for consistent characters, environments, products and visual styles across a batch, not just a single hero shot.

Combine AI output with editing, sound, motion and conventional production to reach finished, publishable quality on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and retail media.

Tool evaluation and innovation

Track the generative AI landscape continuously. Evaluate new models and tools against our capability standard, not the hype, and swap nodes in and out without breaking the workflow around them.

Stress-test new capabilities and give structured feedback on where they fit, what they cost and where they fail.

Enablement and transfer

Own the technical documentation, playbooks and training for brand and content teams.

Run training sessions, workshops and office hours as the workflow rolls out, and support other Reckitt markets as they adopt it.

Act as the studio's authority on what generative AI can and cannot do today, in plain language, to marketers and leadership.

The experience we're looking for

Workflow thinking matters more than any one tool, and more than raw creative pedigree.

Direct, production-level GenAI experience: hands-on with current image and video tools (for example Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, FLUX, ElevenLabs). You can explain the strengths, limits and cost of each, and when you would pick one over another.

Systems thinking: you have built or run a repeatable AI content process, not just one-off experiments. You think about how one step's output becomes the next step's input, and the second run was faster than the first.

Technical literacy: this is not an engineering role, but you are comfortable with prompt libraries, reference management, batch and API-driven generation, automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar) and working with LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT to structure briefs, prompts and quality checks. Light scripting is a plus, not a requirement.

Consistency as a technical problem: you know the methods that keep characters, products, packs and environments holding across dozens of outputs.

Creative foundation: storytelling, composition, cinematography and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop or similar), and a clear sense of what platform-native means on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and retail media.

Diagnostic eye: you can look at an AI output and say both why it does not look right and which step in the process produced the fault.

Plain-language communication: you can explain a model's failure modes, a workflow trade-off or a cost decision to a brand manager without jargon, and you enjoy doing it.

Experience: three to six years in content production, creative technology, digital or a related field. Regional market experience and Arabic are strong advantages.

The skills for success

You find an inconsistent output to be a process problem to be solved, not just a bad generation to be re-rolled.

You are excited by the challenge of making a model follow a brand book and a pack shot with near-perfect fidelity, hundreds of times over.

You would rather write the playbook that lets someone else make the content than be the only person who can.

You want to define what content production looks like inside a global consumer company, not just use the tools.

What we offer
With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally. We have a range of other benefits in line with the local market. Through our global share plans we offer the opportunity to save and share in Reckitt's potential future successes. For eligible roles, we also offer short-term incentives to recognise, appreciate and reward your work for delivering outstanding results. You will be rewarded in line with Reckitt's pay for performance philosophy.
Equality
We recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'. That's why we hire for potential as well as experience. Even if you don't meet every point on the job description, if this role and our company feels like a good fit for you, we still want to hear from you. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, disability or medical condition; colour, ethnicity, race, citizenship, and national origin; religion, faith; pregnancy, family status and caring responsibilities; sexual orientation; sex, gender identity, gender expression, and transgender identity; protected veteran status; size or any other basis protected by appropriate law.
