About the Role
<p>We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented <strong>MEP BIM Modeler</strong> to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate BIM models for premium spa, wellness, hydrothermal, and specialized wet-area projects.</p><br>
<p>The role will involve creating coordinated MEP models for systems supporting <strong>saunas, steam rooms, hammams, hydrotherapy, vitality pools, cold plunges, snow rooms, water features, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and associated plant-room systems</strong>. 360Wellness specializes in premium and luxury hydrothermal wellness environments, including bespoke sauna, steam, hammam, hydrotherapy, vitality pool, and cold-plunge solutions. </p><br>
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modelling
<ul>

Develop accurate <strong>3D MEP BIM models</strong> using Autodesk Revit MEP.
</li>

Model HVAC, plumbing, drainage, piping, equipment, and other specialist MEP systems.

Develop models based on design drawings, specifications, equipment data, and engineering requirements.

<li>
Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and required Level of Development (LOD).

Create and maintain Revit families for specialist MEP and wellness equipment where required.

</ul>
Spa & Hydrothermal Systems
<ul>
<li>
Model MEP systems associated with <strong>saunas, steam rooms, hammams, hydrotherapy systems, vitality pools, cold plunges, experience showers, and wellness water features</strong>.

Model specialist piping, pumps, filtration equipment, heat exchangers, steam generators, drainage, and water-treatment systems.

Coordinate equipment connections, pipe routes, plant-room layouts, ventilation, power requirements, and access clearances.

Ensure specialist wellness equipment is accurately represented within the coordinated BIM environment.

MEP Coordination
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, interior, and specialist wellness models.

Identify and resolve clashes using <strong>Navisworks Manage, Revit, BIM 360/ACC</strong>, or similar coordination platforms.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and prepare required coordination information.

Ensure sufficient access and maintenance clearances around MEP and hydrothermal equipment.

Update drawings and models based on design revisions, RFIs, site instructions, and approved changes.

Clash Detection & Quality Control

Perform regular model reviews and clash detection.

Identify hard and soft clashes between MEP, architectural, structural, and specialist systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Autodesk Revit MEP</strong>.

<br> Job Purpose <br><p>Manage, supervise and control the development and implementation of a diverse range of major Multi-disciplined engineering projects from initial inception through to completion and handover, relating to new plants, facilities and modifications to existing plant and systems. Reviews and endorses contract purchase and subcontracts recommendations and variation orders throughout all phases of the project and ensures that approved plans are updated accordingly.<br>• Ensure the preparation of the Department’s safety program on the project and oversees compliance with the Company’s safety rules and regulations. Authorizes alternate studies such as shop vs. field fabricated pipe, concrete vs. Steel structures etc. and agree in consultation on completion of portions of the plant for acceptance by end user.<br>• Coordinate overall financial matters pertaining to the project, such as currency requirements and restrictions, import duty exceptions, financial forecasts, etc.<br>• Carry out other similar related duties such as attending Tender Board Meetings, reporting on the financial situation of the project. Appraises contractor’s overall performance for quality, cost, schedule and safety and ensures corrective actions are taken. Prepares weekly highlights and monthly progress reports covering all engineering, procurement and construction activities.<br>• Accountable for efficiently managing all projects within budgets and in accordance with Company policies, directives, engineering and project management standards.
