Ensure employment contracts, NDAs, Code of Conduct, and onboarding documents are signed and properly maintained. Coordinate onboarding requirements with internal stakeholders, including IT and Facilities teams. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and document archives in compliance with company standards. Ensure smooth employee onboarding experiences through timely communication and follow-up. Support visa, residency, and work permit processes in coordination with employees and external service providers. Follow up on biometric appointments, medical examinations, and government-related requirements. Track pending documentation and ensure timely completion of immigration-related processes. Review and maintain records of immigration expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation. Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, contract renewals, transfers, and status changes. Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and employee records. Monitor probation reviews and follow up with managers on evaluation completion. Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee requests. Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Manage employee resignation and offboarding processes. Coordinate clearance procedures and required approvals with relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of resignations, exits, and employee status updates. Support final settlement preparation by validating leave balances and employee information. Coordinate visa cancellation requirements and exit documentation. Coordinate employee medical insurance enrollment, amendments, renewals, and cancellations. Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely processing of employee requests. Support employees with insurance-related inquiries and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and insurance coverage.<br><br><br>REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1:2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination is a plus. Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes. Familiarity with UAE visa, work permit, and residency procedures is preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Very good communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
