Ensure all facilities reflect luxury standards in cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in facilities management, preferably with luxury real estate developers or premium hospitality assets. Strong expertise in MEP systems, BMS operations, and lifecycle maintenance. Hands-on experience with high-rise residential towers, villas, or mixed-use luxury developments. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and compliance standards.
