<p>Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced *Engineer – Engineering OT Securities* to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions for High Voltage (HV) Transmission and Distribution projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in OT cybersecurity, SCADA security architecture, transmission systems, and engineering standards to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operation of critical power infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and define OT cybersecurity scope of work and technical specifications for Transmission Projects (TP).
* Participate in OT cybersecurity tender evaluations and provide technical recommendations.
* Review and provide technical comments on OT cybersecurity engineering documents in accordance with the approved DDCMS documentation list.
* Witness, validate, and sign off contractor compliance with approved OT security engineering designs during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
* Develop OT security design implementation guidelines and engineering documentation.
* Provide engineering, design, and configuration support to project stakeholders for OT security initiatives.
* Communicate OT security architecture implementation guidance to internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
* Plan, implement, and maintain OT security architectures for SCADA environments (Levels 2.5 & 3.5) covering Transmission and Distribution Control Centres.
* Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity specifications in compliance with international standards and Dubai Government regulations.
* Support the development of technical requirements for OT security products and Proof of Concept (PoC) use cases.
* Provide detailed cybersecurity design inputs covering physical security, component security, and service management security.
* Conduct gap assessments of existing OT security baselines and define the required cybersecurity controls.
* Witness and manage OT security testing activities for capital projects and PoC implementations, including equipment prequalification.
* Research and evaluate emerging OT cybersecurity technologies for implementation within transmission infrastructure.
* Maintain OT security technical specifications for *400kV, 132kV, 33kV, and 11kV* transmission and distribution systems.</p><p>Education

<p>Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Precast Yard Foreman to supervise the day-to-day operations of our precast concrete manufacturing yard. The candidate will be responsible for planning daily work, supervising labourers, ensuring production targets are achieved, reading AutoCAD drawings, maintaining stock records, monitoring timesheets, and ensuring that all precast manufacturing activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Work Planning & Production
• Prepare and allocate the daily work schedule for the yard and labour team.
• Plan manpower and assign workers to different production activities.
• Ensure daily and weekly production targets are achieved.
• Follow up on ongoing work and ensure jobs are completed within the required time.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer / Factory Manager regarding production priorities and requirements.
• Identify delays or production issues and report them immediately.
2. Precast Concrete Manufacturing
• Supervise the complete manufacturing process of precast concrete chambers and related products.
• Ensure proper preparation of moulds/shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, vibration, finishing, curing and demoulding.
• Ensure workers follow the approved drawings, dimensions and specifications.
• Check the quality and dimensions of finished precast products before dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking and storage of finished products.
3. Drawing Reading
• Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Interpret dimensions, reinforcement details, sections and construction details from drawings.
• Guide labourers and production workers according to approved drawings.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to the correct drawing and dimensions.
4. Labour Supervision
• Directly supervise labourers, carpenters, steel fixers, masons and other yard workers.
• Allocate work according to workers' skills and daily requirements.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and working hours.
• Ensure workers complete assigned tasks properly and on time.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping within the yard.
• Check and verify daily labour timesheets before submission to management.
5. Inventory & Stock Control
• Maintain accurate records of materials coming into and going out of the yard.
• Monitor stock of cement, aggregates, steel, shuttering materials, moulds, accessories and other production materials.
• Record receipt and issue of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Inform management in advance when materials are running low and need to be reordered.
• Maintain proper records for finished goods, rejected/damaged items and dispatched materials.
6. Computer & Documentation
• Basic to good computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to use MS Excel and MS Word for daily records and reports.
• Maintain production records, stock records, labour attendance and timesheets.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly production reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for materials received, materials issued and finished products.
7. Yard & Equipment Management
• Ensure moulds, tools, equipment and machinery are properly maintained and stored.
• Monitor proper use of shuttering materials, lifting equipment and other yard tools.
• Ensure the yard remains clean, organized and safe.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of materials and finished precast products.
• Ensure proper stacking to prevent damage to finished products.
8. Quality & Safety
• Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings and required quality standards.
• Check dimensions and workmanship at different stages of production.
• Immediately report defective or damaged products.
• Ensure labourers follow proper safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions throughout the yard</p><p>Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Foreman in a precast concrete, construction or civil works environment.
• Practical knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing is essential.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Experience in handling and supervising labourers.
• Good knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering/moulds and precast production processes.
• Experience in stock/inventory management will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and computer operations.
