Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system, in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located in the UAE (or ready for relocation) to own the Card Retention & Monetization team in Tabby Card — the fastest-growing product at Tabby, with GMV up +142% year over year and profitability driven by a product-led monetization program.
You will own the P&L levers of Tabby Card: pricing and fees, risk-based pricing, billing cycles, statements and the repayment experience. Every initiative ships through an A/B test and is measured in margin basis points and dollars per month.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal and compliance to deliver a seamless and scalable credit experience for millions of customers.

What you will be doing

Own your team's roadmap end-to-end: identify problems, build the business case, prioritize, ship and measure — with a dedicated engineering team, product designer and data analyst

Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails; make rollout and kill decisions based on data

Own the unit economics of your scope: model business cases, defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk, and track the P&L impact of everything you ship

Work daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing — customer-facing terms, fee structures and regulatory requirements (CBUAE / SAMA) are part of the job, not an exception

Own launch quality end-to-end: support readiness, AI-agent guidance, customer communications and gradual rollouts are part of every release

Contribute to Tabby Card's expansion into KSA — adapting your domain to the largest market we are entering

What you will need

5+ years of product management experience, ideally to have 2+ years on fintech, banking or credit products (billing, payments, lending or cards)

A track record of shipped monetization, pricing or billing features with results you can quantify, and the guardrails you watched while shipping them

Real experiment discipline: you pre-register metrics and segment cuts, and you have killed features based on data

Delivery your stakeholders can rely on: your dates hold, and when they can't, stakeholders hear it from you first

Fluency in unit economics and analytics; experience working with compliance or legal on customer-facing products

Fluent English

Bonus points

Credit card / revolving credit domain knowledge (statements, grace periods, minimum payments, interchange)

GCC market experience; Arabic language skills

0→1 launches on new financial infrastructure

Benefits
What you can expect

Ownership & Impact: A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.

Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and driven environment where your voice matters.

Flexibility: Enjoy flexible working hours designed to optimize productivity and balance.

Growth: Participate in the company’s employee stock options program and shape your career trajectory.

Support: Comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO and a Flexible Benefits budget to meet your personal needs.

We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals (whatever they may be).

If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!

About Ode With Anthropic

How do you turn a decades-old dataset into an industry-leading medical coding agent? Teach an AI receptionist to book appointments in Spanish? Automatically generate working data connectors from API docs? Build agents that write, test, and deploy their own software packages?

Anthropic is defining frontier AI. Ode is the team bringing frontier AI into practice.

We are a team of experienced builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems into production, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed. As Anthropic’s services venture, we tackle the hardest, most consequential AI problems for companies with real stakes, working closely with their Applied AI and Product teams to turn frontier technology into real world impact.

We're backed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.

We're headquartered in SF with offices in NYC, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

The Role

Our customers come to us with ambitious, often fuzzy goals — make content moderation faster, customer service cheaper and better, unlock new integrations, automate the workflows no one else can touch.

Your job is to turn those goals into AI-powered solutions that work in the real world, and to own the journey from first conversation to live system to real business impact.

This Is a Forward-deployed, Full-stack Customer Role

Part engagement manager — you're the primary face of Ode to the client. Part product manager — you decide what we build and why. Part delivery/program manager — you run the execution motion end-to-end. Part “do whatever it takes" operator — you jump into the gaps to keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer relationship end-to-end. Act as the customer's day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact, building trust across all levels of the organization and being candid about tradeoffs. Shape what we build and why. Translate ambiguous business problems into crisp problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics — and work with customers to define what "success" actually means. Turn messy problems into shipped solutions. Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and plans for engineers. Shape workflows, edge cases, and evaluation criteria for AI-powered systems. Drive execution across multiple AI products. Run the day-to-day rhythm — planning, check-ins, risk tracking — and coordinate between customers, engineers, designers, and Ode teammates to keep work unblocked and on time. Help create demand, not just fulfill it. Jump on early, messy conversations where the project is still a vague idea. Help founders and sales tease out real pain, sketch solution approaches live, and spot expansion opportunities. Drive adoption and long-term impact. Work with client teams on rollout, enablement, and change management so the systems you build actually get used. Bring back insights that inform Ode's playbooks and product direction. Bring judgment and clarity. When requirements are fuzzy or customers change course, be the person in the room who can say: here's what we're trying to do, here's what we know, here's the plan.

What You Bring

Customer-facing, high-stakes experience. You've led projects where customers were under pressure, stakeholders weren't aligned, and the path wasn't obvious. You're comfortable pushing back, reframing the problem, and holding the line on quality. We typically look for 6-10 years in product, consulting, or implementations, although we care more about what you've done than the label on your resume. Real product and delivery experience. You've built and shipped products with engineers and designers across multiple cycles. You can run an execution rhythm — stand-ups, planning, tracking, retros — without turning it into process theater. -Structured problem-solving and communication. You ask good questions, structure chaos, and turn ambiguity into a plan — moving from whiteboarding with execs to writing a crisp doc for engineers without losing the plot. Bias for action and ownership. You roll up your sleeves and make things happen, whether that's writing a scrappy SQL query, drafting a support playbook, or jumping into a last-minute exec demo. - Comfort with ambiguity and intensity. You like high-energy environments, messy problems, and "we haven't done this before" projects. You can juggle multiple customers, keep priorities straight, and make good calls with incomplete information. AI curiosity, not AI Dogma. You don't need deep AI expertise on day one — you do need strong reasoning, a desire to learn fast, and a willingness to overuse AI in your own workflow.

How Ode Is Different

A typical PM here ships two to three products per year and learns from dozens more. You have outsized autonomy on each product — but you won't have a year to polish a single system. The upside is constant time on the frontier of models and tooling, and a muscle for AI product development that's hard to build anywhere else.

Many PMs look back at this as the biggest growth period of their career. But it's possible you won't like it — we recommend using the interview process to hear what our team members think.

Our Values

Overdeliver: We are writing the playbook on how to create enterprise value with LLMs, and building our reputation as the world’s best applied AI team. Overuse AI: We obsessively explore and experiment with Claude to push the frontier of applied AI and share what we learn with our teammates. Over”engineer” the Culture: We’re building a culture that attracts and retains top applied AI talent, and we stress test large decisions through the perspective of our world class builders.

Location

Dubai

Work Arrangement: 4 days in-person, Fridays remote

Benefits

???? Competitive Compensation Package: Attractive salary aligned with your experience ???? Unlimited PTO: Take the time you need to relax and rejuvenate.???? Exceptional Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Comprehensive health benefits to keep you and your family healthy.????
