Manage in house production of ADNOC Blue.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Production Planning</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Assists blending companies in organizing blending and filling schedules, using information from the&nbsp;weekly production programmes prepared by the planning engineer, showing the expected sales of&nbsp;export and local products.</span><br><span>• Coordinates with blending companies to prepare and issue daily lube and grease blending &amp; filling&nbsp;program in accordance with weekly production program provided by planning engineer.</span><br><span>• Receives daily bulk delivery plan from the lube stores and planning engineer.&nbsp;</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Blending, Filling &amp; Grease Manufacturing Operations:</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Prepare monthly COGS for all the lubricants and greases in line with the framework of toll blending&nbsp;operations agreements between ADD and 3rd party manufacturers</span><br><span>• Work out monthly/weekly/daily materials requirement planning to release the production orders to toll&nbsp;blenders for timely production of ADNOC finished lubricants, greases and speciality product</span><br><span>• Oversees daily lube blending and grease manufacturing operations and bulk deliveries to ensure compliance with ISO 9001- 2015 and quality control. Supervises operation of toll blending companies and monitors daily production output.</span></p><br><p><span>• Arranges the issuance of raw materials and packing materials from the stores to the toll blending&nbsp;companies for daily production activities and in the SAP system for timely updating the production and&nbsp;materials movement transactions</span><br><span>• Ensures that the correct formulation is used for lube blending and grease manufacturing in accordance&nbsp;with set formulas by comparing with the Quality Control Laboratory samples.</span><br><span>• Supervise and oversees the withdrawal of samples of finished products (Lubes, industrial oil, speciality&nbsp;oil, grease) from the kettles and sends to the Laboratory for testing. Coordinates and follow up with&nbsp;laboratory for quality testing and obtains necessary quality control approval before starting any filling&nbsp;operations. Arranges any necessary adjustments to be made, such as further blending.</span><br><span>• Oversees the blending process to ensure that the ISO 9001-2015 quality control procedures are&nbsp;adhered to all the times, during the blending, filling &amp; grease manufacturing of products.</span><br><span>• Oversees and provide guidance in managing the overall filling operations as per the daily bucket, drum&nbsp;etc. filling plan. Monitors and ensures that staff adheres to quality and safe working procedures during&nbsp;the filling operations.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>GRP-III Base Oils Operations Management:</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Lead the GRP-III base oils terminal’s activities, according to regulations and company’s procedures</span><br><span>• Maintain the appropriate operational standards, ensuring compliance with the management systems,&nbsp;procedures, local/global standards and legislation</span><br><span>• Manage supply procedures, such as the GRP-III vessel discharge operation, storage and truck loading&nbsp;operations</span><br><span>• Check and control product volume, inflows/ outflows, and overall loss/gain of GRP-III Base oils being&nbsp;stored at the terminal</span><br><span>• Work actively with the terminal’s employees for adherence with the agreed terms and conditions of the&nbsp;base oil storage agreement</span></p><br><p><span><strong>ADNOC Blue Operations Management:</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Lead the inhouse production operations of ADNOC BLUE in line with ISO 22241</span><br><span>• Manage timely supply of urea solution from FERTIL</span><br><span>• Off-load and store raw materials as per quality and safety standards</span><br><span>• Manage filling operations of ADNOC BLUE as per sales requirements for timely supply to ADD&nbsp;customers</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Slow Moving Product Management</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Coordinates for any necessary adjustments to be made, such as further blending. Ensures re blending&nbsp;of slow or non-moving lube grades by coordinating with the Laboratory and Quality Control, in order to&nbsp;produce better selling grades reduce waste and promote savings.&nbsp;</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Inventory Control and Reconciliation</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Oversees the daily/ weekly and monthly dip taking of the base oils and additives storage tanks by using&nbsp;the calibration records for each tank to check the volume and temperature, in order to calculate the&nbsp;correct quantity to ensure that there is sufficient material available to meet requirements.</span><br><span>• Oversee preparation of daily base oil and additives stock statement, showing the existing stock of bulk&nbsp;material by listing how much is in each tank and type of product.</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Raw Material Receipt and Stocking</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Arranges and oversees the receipt, sampling and discharge of bulk liquid additives containers and&nbsp;ensures that delivery discharge is into the correct tanks. Checks the quantity and quality then makes&nbsp;the goods received notes manually for approval by department manager and for submitting to the lube&nbsp;stores.</span></p><br><p><span>• Oversee the receipt of the product from vessel including deciding on the discharge sequence, gaining&nbsp;approval from the vessel master, checking of quality prior to unloading, pigging to eliminate&nbsp;contamination between products, ensures that documents are checked to ensure that the quantity&nbsp;delivered corresponds with the bill of landing etc.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>ISO Audit Management</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Undertakes ISO coordinator duties for the Production Optimization Department and assists the&nbsp;department manager with control, distribution and disposal and upgrade of related documents.</span><br><span>• Ensures the timely completion of non-compliance reports and attends review meetings in order to&nbsp;address any shortcomings within the division.</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Performance Monitoring and Reporting</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Monitors the budget and continuously reviews manpower and operating expenses of toll blending&nbsp;operations, transportation costs, inventory losses etc.</span><br><span>• Continuously reviews the various cost elements/ heads and develop &amp; drive initiatives for increasing&nbsp;productivity, reducing the overall cost of operations.</span><br><span>• Ensure updating of daily production details in system.
