AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS MANAGER<br>Industry: Agriculture / Farm Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Al Ain & Abu Dhabi, UAEReports To: Owner / Managing Director<br>Role Purpose<br>We are seeking an experienced, highly responsible and hands-on Agricultural Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the management, productivity, performance and development of approximately five agricultural farms located across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, UAE.<br>The farms include:<br>- Date palm farms- Crop and vegetable farms- Fodder and feed crop farms- Irrigation and water management systems- Agricultural machinery and equipment- Farm workers, supervisors and operational teams<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day agricultural operations across multiple farm locations, ensuring efficient production, effective manpower utilization, proper maintenance of agricultural assets, and strict control of operational costs.<br>This is a field-based, multi-farm management position, not an office-only role.
