As an extended arm of the Residence Manager she welcomes, meets and farewells residents and guests and is responsible for the communication with all residents and guests providing highest quality service standards. Supports and assists the front desk and concierge in the residence to ensure a smooth, prompt and effective service to all residents & guests. Substitutes the Front Office Duty Manager in their absence Handles all residents & guests’ comments & complaints, as well as following up on resolving those. Ensures that as per Kempinski Health & Safety Policy the Fire Exits are free of obstacles. Supports and assists all departments. Ensures that all residents & guests receives prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition and resolves related problems. Inform and co-ordinate with other operating departments matters which may concern them.
