PROMPT •    إعداد المرضى للفحص الطبي والعلاج. •    إعطاء الأدوية ومراقبة المرضى لأي آثار جانبية وتفاعلات. •    إعطاء علاجات مثل السوائل الوريدية أو منتجات الدم ومراقبة المرضى لأي تفاعلات. •    توفير رعاية للجروح وإدارتها. •    المساعدة في الإجراءات الطبية invasive أو غير invasive حسب الحاجة. •    تيسير إجراءات دخول المريض الآمن ونقله وخروجه. •    الكفاءة في جميع الكفاءات الإلزامية والوحدوية المدعومة والمعتمدة على منصة Elsevier لضمان الالتزام بممارسات قائمة على الأدلة. •    إظهار الكفاءة في الإجراءات الطارئة والمعدات وبروتوكولات القسم ذات الصلة بالطوارئ. •    المشاركة في البرامج المستمرة والشهادات لدعم النمو المهني والحفاظ على الكفاءة السريرية. •    الالتزام بنطاق خدمة الوحدة. •    إجراء تقييمات سريعة للمرضى وتحديد الأولوية في الرعاية باستخدام أداة التصنيف triage acuity. •    التعرف والاستجابة لحالات تهدد الحياة فورًا. •    رعاية المرضى بجميع الفئات العمرية وحالات متنوعة (مثلاً حالات طبية وجراحية وأمومة ونفسية وحديثي الولادة وطب الأطفال الطارئ). •    القدرة على إدارة المواقف العالية الضغط بالتفكير النقدي واتخاذ القرار. •    إعطاء أدوية وعلاجات طارئة (مثلاً، صدمات كهربائية، الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، التحكم في مجرى الهواء المتقدم). •    المساعدة في الإنعاش القلبي وعناية السكتة الدماغية. •    إدراج وإدارة خطوط الوريد، والخط المركزي، وأجهزة الوصول الطارئة الأخرى. •    المراقبة الدقيقة للمرضى للتغيرات في حالتهم والتدخل عند الحاجة. •    تشغيل ومراقبة المعدات مثل أجهزة مراقبة القلب والتنفس وأجهزة الحقن بالمحاليل. •    التواصل الفعّال مع الفريق متعدد التخصصات، بما في ذلك الأطباء وأطباء الأشعة والمختبر لتشخيص سريع ورعاية فعالة. •    تقديم تحديثات لعائلات المرضى حول حالتهم وخطة الرعاية. •    اتباع بروتوكولات صارمة لمكافحة العدوى للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ التي تنطوي على أمراض معدية أو تعرّض خطير. •    مساعدة الأطباء في إجراءات الطوارئ مثل التنبيب وإدخال أنبوب الصدر وربط الشد وخزى القطع القطني. •    إعداد وصيانة حقولاً معقمة لإجراءات الطوارئ. •    استقرار المرضى حرجًا لقبولهم في وحدة العناية المركزة أو نقلهم إلى منشأة أخرى. •    ضمان استمرار الرعاية أثناء النقل بين الأقسام أو بين المرافق. •    الحفاظ على الجاهزية لحوادث الإصابات الجماعية أو حالات الكوارث. •    ضمان أن تكون معدات الطوارئ تعمل جيدًا وأن تكون الإمدادات مخزنة بشكل كافٍ. •    المشاركة في التدريبات الطارئة المستمرة (مثل BLS، ACLS، PALS، NRP، شهادة PROMPT). •    تدريب أو توجيه الموظفين الجدد في بروتوكولات وإجراءات الطوارئ. •    الالتزام بسياسات المستشفى وبروتوكولات القسم المحددة. •    المشاركة في مبادرة تحسين الجودة لقسم الطوارئ. •    أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة حسب احتياجات القسم التشغيلية. •    أداء الكفاءات السريرية والإجرائية وفق متطلبات القسم، بإرشاد من قوائم الكفاءات المتاحة على منصة Elsevier. •    إظهار الكفاءة في الإجراءات الطارئة والمعدات وبروتوكولات قسم الطوارئ ذات الصلة. •    إكمال والحفاظ على جميع الكفاءات المعينة على منصة Elsevier لضمان الالتزام بممارسات قائمة على الأدلة. •    المشاركة في البرامج والشهادات المستمرة لدعم النمو المهني والحفاظ على الكفاءة السريرية. •    حفظ جاهزية جميع المعدات في وضع عمل جيد، الإبلاغ عن أي عطل لمدير الممرضات/الهندسة.   المؤهلات: •    التوفر على رخصة مناسبة للعمل كممرضة مسجلة لدى الجهة التنظيمية الصحية المعنية مع جميع المؤهلات والخبرة التي تفرضها. •    إدارة إعادة ترخيصها المهني الخاصة بها. •    حيازة بطاقة معتمدة من جمعية القلب الأمريكية لدعم الحياة الأساسية. •    الاستعداد للعمل عبر الأقسام وأن تكون على الاستدعاء عند الحاجة.
