OSON is an international fintech holding company developing modern payment infrastructure between MENA and Central Asia. Our MENA Division, based in Dubai (DIFC), is currently in the active launch phase of its key flagship product. Oson Neo is an innovative digital bank operating under a full DFSA license (DIFC, Category 3C). The project's scope of activities includes managing payment accounts, issuing payment instruments, providing IBANs, and card issuing in partnership with Emirates NBD. We are building marketing from scratch in a regulated financial environment and are looking for a strong leader capable of effectively balancing the aggressive growth of a startup with the requirements of financial compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Developing, comprehensively planning, and launching a full-scale marketing strategy to introduce the Oson Neo digital bank to the Middle East market.
• Performance & Growth Marketing: Building a measurable performance marketing function from scratch.
• Managing digital customer acquisition channels, optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC), and controlling conversion funnels to ensure a steady stream of early users (Phase 1 Retail).
• Positioning and Brand: Shaping and developing the Oson Neo brand within the DIFC/UAE as a reliable, fully licensed financial product. Managing the company's market positioning.
• Content and Compliance Communications: Creating content and external communications in strict compliance with DFSA regulations for financial product advertising and disclosure.
• Establishing close collaboration with the Compliance department to pre-approve all claims and marketing materials.
• PR and Media Relations: Organizing and executing PR activities during the launch phase (including announcing the acquisition of the DFSA license and technological partnerships).
• Marketing Analytics: Establishing an end-to-end analytical function, closely monitoring the funnel, key performance metrics, and ROI across all utilized acquisition channels.</p><p>• Relevant Experience: Between 5 and 9 years of successful marketing experience, with a mandatory focus on the Fintech industry, neobanking, payment services (PSP/EMI), or other regulated financial products.
• Launches from Scratch: Proven practical experience launching fintech products in the market and acquiring initial customers under tight initial budget constraints.
• Ability to work in a hands-on format (executing tasks independently at the early stages) in cooperation with a small team and external agencies.
• Performance Expertise: Deep knowledge and practical skills in performance and growth marketing, with a clear understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics, as well as conversion optimization principles.
• Understanding of Regulated Environments: A clear understanding of the specifics and boundaries of financial advertising, and the requirements of regulators (DFSA, FCA, MAS, or similar) regarding promotional claims and data protection.
• High sensitivity to reputation within the financial sector.
• Required knowledge of Russian and English languages! knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.</p>

Track campaign effectiveness, brand health and consumer engagement to continuously improve marketing performance. Act as the senior marketing advisor to the Group CEO and help build the marketing function as the organisation grows.<br><br>The Successful Applicant<br><br>Strong experience within FMCG brand marketing, ideally across food, beverages or other high frequency consumer categories. Proven experience building consumer brands and strengthening brand equity within UAE. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, communications, PR, digital and social media. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution. Commercially aware but fundamentally a brand marketer rather than a trade marketing specialist. Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial or growing business where the marketing function is still being developed. Able to work closely with senior leadership and influence business decisions at CEO level. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Arabic speaking is essential.
