Manage media relations activities including press kits, media briefs, outreach efforts, and coordination of interviews, features, and speaking engagements. Oversee and execute social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, and X, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand goals. Develop and refine written content including social copy, talking points, articles, and thought leadership pieces, including ghostwriting when required. Coordinate logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynotes, ensuring strong brand presentation and readiness. Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and online presence, proactively identifying reputational risks and supporting crisis communications when needed. Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high-quality and consistent brand presence across all formats.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, ideally supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences. Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms. Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or public-facing stakeholders. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Strong project management skills with a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
