Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Mandatory Work from Office<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Build, deploy, maintain, and operate autonomous driving data replay environments, including both Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing systems and their associated software and hardware infrastructure. Perform replay, processing, and analysis of real-world vehicle data collected from autonomous driving and ADAS testing, including camera/vision data, LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, vehicle bus data, and other relevant sensor data. Evaluate the performance and quality of autonomous driving and ADAS algorithms based on real-world recorded data and replay test results. Support issue reproduction, root-cause analysis, and verification of algorithm improvements after software iterations. Operate and maintain data replay workstations, servers, networking equipment, and associated hardware infrastructure to ensure stable and efficient execution of replay and validation tasks. Work closely with algorithm, testing, and overseas R&D teams to analyze issues, drive issue closure, and continuously improve algorithm quality. Prepare test results and analysis reports when required. Support continuous improvement of the data replay toolchain, testing workflows, and automation capabilities to improve the efficiency of data processing and algorithm validation.<br>Qualifications<br>Education Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. Degree from a top-tier university in India is preferred.<br>Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux, with hands-on experience in software deployment, system operation, and troubleshooting in Linux environments. Proficiency in Python, with practical experience in software development, data processing, or test automation. Knowledge of C/C++ is preferred. Familiarity with autonomous driving and ADAS sensor data, including camera/vision, LiDAR, and millimeter-wave radar, as well as their data structures, formats, and processing pipelines. Familiarity with autonomous driving data collection, data processing, data replay, software development, and algorithm validation workflows. Understanding of Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing methodologies and system architectures. Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of servers, workstations, networking equipment, and related hardware systems. Strong troubleshooting, system debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br>Experience At least 2 years of professional experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, data platforms, testing and validation, or a related field. Hands-on experience in at least one complete autonomous driving/ADAS data replay, algorithm validation, or related testing project, covering activities such as environment setup, test execution, issue analysis, and validation closure. Experience with large-scale autonomous driving data processing, SIL/HIL testing, algorithm regression testing, or real-world issue reproduction is preferred.<br>Other Requirements Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams in China and other overseas locations. Strong teamwork, ownership, and ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This is a mandatory work-from-office role based in Pune.
