We are recruiting on behalf of an established international school group 3 schools in the UAE. The group is currently seeking experienced and passionate Primary Teacher and an Early Years Teacher to join one of its schools in Dubai for the 2026/27 academic year (starting August 2026)

- PGCE / BA in the subject you teach / Teachers Licence

<p>A reputable company is looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to help students achieve their academic, social, and behavioral goals while promoting an inclusive learning environment.</p>
<p>Responsibilities<br />
Provide individual classroom support to assigned students.<br />
Assist students with academic tasks and daily classroom activities.<br />
Encourage positive behavior and social interaction.<br />
Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the school.<br />
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.<br />
Help students develop communication, independence, and self-care skills.<br />
Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress.<br />
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student development.<br />

Track and report students progress and performance to head teacher / principal. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly exams.
