<p>Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor or other healthcare professional. <span>We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Specialist Paediatrician / Pediatrician to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE.<br> The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents , with a strong focus on preventive healthcare, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and family-centered care.<br> Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric consultations and clinical examinations.<br> Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in children.<br> Provide routine health assessments and monitor children's physical, developmental, and emotional well-being.<br> Manage common pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies, asthma, and childhood infections.<br> Assess and manage children presenting with fever, cough, breathing difficulties, dehydration, abdominal pain, and other acute complaints.<br> Monitor child growth and development and identify developmental concerns at an early stage.<br> Provide age-appropriate vaccination and immunization guidance according to applicable clinical protocols.<br> Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate dietary and health advice.<br> Manage children with chronic medical conditions and coordinate long-term follow-up.<br> Recognize children requiring urgent or specialized care and arrange appropriate referrals.<br> Review and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.<br> Provide appropriate pediatric emergency assessment and initial stabilization within the physician's scope of practice.<br> Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive-care advice, and follow-up requirements clearly to parents and caregivers.<br> Work closely with pediatric subspecialists, nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.<br> Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient records.<br> Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, infection-control, and patient-safety initiatives.<br> Promote preventive healthcare, healthy childhood development, and family education.<br> Follow applicable UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, professional standards, and facility policies.<br> MBBS, MD, or equivalent recognized medical qualification.<br> Recognized postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics / Pediatrics .<br> Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.<br> Strong experience in general pediatric clinical practice.<br> Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.<br> Good knowledge of pediatric growth, development, preventive care, and common childhood conditions.<br> Strong ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents or caregivers.<br> Compassionate and patient-centered approach.<br> Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.<br></span> </div>
